Looks exactly like the example. I would suggest coming up with an original layout and format, something that would exude the feel of the game you are pitching. For example, since its capture the flag, then your title banners could be a blue-to-red gradient, evoking the image of the two teams competing against each other.
I would change up top where it still says the author of the page is Ira Fay. Also maybe add a new element to the game to make it your own personalized game variant of CTF.
