John - Don't really see a pattern with the dithering, looks kinda squished together.  Angles are not perfect and looks almost random.

Olivia - It is correctly executed, it looks good.  No unnecessary pixels.  Everything is drawn correctly.  Shading and color palette look perfect.  Good job.
